Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at townsolutio.shop, operated by LTO CHI-TOWN SOLUTIONS LLC of 817 Park Ave SW, Apt 1A, Canton, Ohio 44706, United States (the "Company"). By using the site you accept these terms. They govern the website only — professional engagements are governed by separate written agreements, which control wherever the two documents differ.
1. Informational Site Only
This website describes the Company's services across the legal-services field — law offices and private practices, real-estate title and settlement work, and litigation-support services — for general informational purposes. It is a directory and a brochure, not a pleading, a title commitment, or a substitute for work performed under engagement.
2. No Attorney-Client or Fiduciary Relationship Created by Browsing
Reading this site or submitting the matter-filing form does not create an attorney-client, notary-client or fiduciary relationship — and communications sent before engagement are not privileged. That relationship begins only when the Company countersigns a written engagement naming the scope, the fee and the deadlines. Until then, the clerk's window owes you courtesy and a reply — not work product.
3. Content Is Not Legal Advice
Statements on this site are general descriptions of service categories and the Company's working methods, not legal advice about your matter. Outcomes in legal work depend on facts, jurisdiction, deadlines and law a webpage cannot assess. Do not act — or refrain from acting — on the basis of site content. If your question is legal, consult an attorney about your specific situation.
4. Service Categories and Licensing Boundaries
The docket distinguishes three families of service for a reason: law-office practice, title and settlement work, and litigation-support services are different professions with different licensing and authorization rules. Where a category on this site is subject to licensure or authorization — attorney practice, notarial acts, patent agency before the USPTO — that work is performed only by appropriately authorized persons, and nothing on this site is an offer of services by unauthorized persons or the unauthorized practice of law.
5. Accuracy and Currency of Content
We keep the site accurate as of its last review, but service descriptions, rules and filing practice change. Dates, deadlines and procedural references mentioned anywhere on the site are illustrations, not a calendar you should rely on — court rules and statutory windows move, and your engagement letter is the only deadline list that counts.
6. Your Obligations When Using the Site
- Provide accurate information in forms and correspondence.
- Do not submit privileged communications, sealed documents, Social Security numbers or third parties' sensitive data through the website form.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe or attempt to compromise the site or its hosting.
- Do not misrepresent an engagement or professional relationship with the Company that does not exist.
7. Form Submissions, Deadlines and Conflicts
The matter-filing form is an intake channel, not a court filing or a service of process. The Company is not responsible for filing deadlines, closing dates or limitation periods you describe in a form before an engagement exists, and a form submission alone does not put your date on our calendar. Describe adverse parties accurately — the clerk runs a conflicts check before any matter is accepted, and a matter may be declined where a conflict exists. If you face a hard deadline, say so explicitly and early, and keep a contingency plan until an engagement is signed.
8. Intellectual Property
The site's text, illustrations, the docket design system and the "LTO Chi-Town" name belong to the Company or its developer TOWN SOLUT and are used with permission. You may link to the site and quote brief passages with attribution. You may not copy the design, the illustrations or substantial text for your own site or marketing.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Links off this site — including to courts, recorders or agencies — lead to services we do not control. Their terms and practices govern there. A link is a courtesy, not an endorsement or a representation of accuracy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, PENALTIES, MISSED FILINGS OR LITIGATION CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THIS WEBSITE. LIABILITY FOR WEBSITE-RELATED CLAIMS, IF ANY, IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING FROM SERVICES PERFORMED UNDER A SIGNED ENGAGEMENT, WHICH THE AGREEMENT ITSELF GOVERNS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the site — including submissions of data you had no right to send, misrepresentation of a relationship with the Company, or technical attacks on the site.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about the website are brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
15. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms; the current version lives on this page with its effective date. Questions about the terms or the site:
